What to do in case of a lockout
During Normal Business Hours:
Please call First Troy Corp. office at (937)335-5223. We will respond to a lockout during regular business hours provided we have personnel available, but a service charge of $50 will be charged to the resident and will be payable at the time of service.
After Normal Business Hours:
We do not respond to lockouts after hours. Residents becoming locked out weekdays after 5pm, on weekends, and on Holidays, please call a local locksmith to gain re-entry to your apartment rental or townhome rental, or you may call 1-800-UNLOCKS.
